We are excited to let you all know that Mumalia is finally back where she belongs after her traumatic experience in life.
She has been fitted with a GPS and VHF tracking device and is in the soft release process on a reserve in the area where she was originally trafficked from.
On her first forage out she got straight to eating ants she knows and likes and is showing a promising start to her soft release process.
Mumalia we wish you all the best in your new circle of life.
A big thank you to Nicci Wright for assisting us in our release, giving us the time for others in our care and to all of the other members and collaborations of the African Pangolin Working Group -APWG.
